What if I’m not seeing what I’m looking for on the company store?

We are able to source many unique products that are not featured on your company store. We are happy to provide ideas and quotes. Please contact us and one of your dedicated reps will reach out.

 

What if the item I purchased is out of stock?

If your selection is out of stock or discontinued, we will cancel the order and will refund you. We will reach out via email to alert you of which item(s) are not available. We will also refund any related tax and shipping.

 

How long will my order take? 

Typically, orders take 2-3 weeks to be produced and delivered. Rush options are available. We advise that you contact us to confirm any additional costs and timelines.

 

What are my payment options?

The two payment methods allowed are credit card and cost center. Credit cards are normally used for "one-off" purchases of apparel, hats, and bags. For larger orders of hard goods such as drinkware, please choose "cost center" to be billed later. 

 

Is payroll deduction available?

Payroll deduction is not currently available. Orders must be pre-paid with a credit card.

 

Do employees get an additional discount?

Your company store is priced for employee use, there are no additional discounts.

 

How many pieces of apparel do I need to order to get a lower pricing?

Generally, a minimum order of 24 pieces or more will have a lower price. The pieces can vary in size and style, but the logo must remain the same. If you are interested in purchasing 24 pieces or more of apparel, please contact us for a quote.

 

Can I purchase single quantities of items like bottles and journals?

Single pieces are limited to apparel and select hats and bags. Hard goods such as bottles and journals have higher minimums. We are happy to assist with bulk orders of hard goods, please contact us.

  

Why is my P-card declining?

Many P-cards have restrictions as to where purchases can be made. If you are making a company paid purchase and your P-card is declining, you will need to use a personal credit card and complete a reimbursement internally.

 

How do I use my gift code?

Gift codes can be applied at the final payment page of an order by entering the gift code and clicking “apply.” The gift code amount can cover product, shipping, or tax. Your gift code will not expire, and any remaining balance can be used for a future purchase. If your code does not cover the full cost of your order, you will need to enter credit card information to pay for the remaining amount due. You can apply multiple codes to an order.
